User Accounts and Obligations
You do not need to create an account to place an order. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.
Product Information and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information and may contain minor variations. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Herbalifegift does not charge sales tax, and no tax is added at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including the product price and any applicable shipping charges. Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states. Payment is processed through a secure SSL encrypted connection. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are processed the same day. Carrier transit time is typically 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Defective items are returned at our cost; remorse returns are returned at the customer’s cost. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and page design, belongs to Herbalifegift or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of this site without our written permission.
